Refola is a white wine produced from Sauvignon grapes grown on the Estate. After a very brief maceration period on the grape-skin the wine is racked and fermentation begins in tanks where the temperature is controlled. The grapes are picked when mature.

Tasting notes: Pale yellow color with green shades. Typical intense perfume. Fresh, soft, dry flavor.

Recommended food combinations: It goes particularly well with fish and crabs.
