The supervision of the wine production is entrusted to Leonardo Bellaccini, a graduate of the Technical Agricultural Institute ' Bettino Ricasoli', born in Siena in 1961. With an extensive experience gained working in various Tuscan farms such as San Felice Spa, one of the largest in Chianti, he covers the role of Technical Director of the Production (about 2million bottles).


Jacopo Bonucci, while still working for his own company, is improving his knowledge by following Leonardo Bellaccini in his consulting activity for other wineries and gaining more experience from attending wine classes and seminars.
